Jeff's Beautiful Vashon Island Hideaway was exactly as advertised- and then some! In a Beautiful location above the water and featuring stunning environs and sunrises, the house is immaculate and boasts all of the amenities you could ask for. For example, Jeff left coffee and grinder, cups, water kettle and even instructions for brewing the perfect cup... and that was only a beginning. Bedding, linens, towels, dishes, and everything else was perfectly placed and easy to use and find! Perfectly appointed, this retreat has all the luxuries that one needs at one's fingertips and beautifully set out. The land, the beaches, the water (only a few feet away!) and the well-lit, bright interior and exterior spaces were perfect. My wife and I enjoyed the stay, were very comfortable, and loved the location, privacy, and beautiful setting. We will be back!

Extremely comfortable and clean stay! A little noisy from the busy street outside and neighboring business, but not a huge issue for us. Jeff had great communication via Airbnb messaging and was very friendly. Appreciated the high quality appliances and furniture/linens. Nearby street parking was easy to find. Lots of stairs but we didn't mind the built-in exercise. Would stay again!

My family and I stayed at Tom’s place and the location was fantastic. The home was clean, very cute, and perfectly situated. Tom was attentive, friendly, and a great host. We all had a wonderful time. The location was ideal—close to restaurants and just a short walk to transit, which made it easy to get to the water taxi and head to our event at T-Mobile Park. One of the best perks was having two parking spots on the property, which made getting around stress-free while still being able to take advantage of public transportation. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The house was a small cozy little place. Perfect for a couple or a small fam of 4. The area/beach area is perfect and so close. Its quite at night. Lots to do and see. Located near everything! NA

This was a great place to stay! It was very well stocked with supplies and amenities -- plenty of tableware and cookware, modern appliances, comfy furniture, large air purifier, bidet with heated seat, large TVs with Roku, dimmable light fixtures, etc. Jeff was very attentive and I'm confident he would have handled any issues quickly (although we didn't have any issues for him to handle). The unit is just a couple of blocks from Greenwood Avenue and so many great restaurants (try Gorditos!) and shops, and a few minutes by car to Ballard, Green Lake and Wallingford. There is a physical therapist on the ground floor, but we barely heard a peep from them or the adjacent townhouse unit on one side. The only negatives were the long stairway from the entry door to the unit and that the front rooms of the unit get a lot of road noise from 3rd Avenue. There's not much traffic on 3rd at night, but you may want to put the lightest sleeper in the back bedroom. We would stay here again for sure!

This space is amazing. The bedrooms we're spacious and there were fans in energy room. The bathrooms were clean. It is well stocked with extra linens and toiletries. The kitchen is a chefs dream with a huge beautiful butcher block island! Table seating for up to 8 or 9 comfortably. We were traveling with a wheelchair. I would say it was 99% accessible. The only problem with accessibility are the stairs to the entrance. There are lots of "pitter patters" heard from the space above starting very early. Jeff was a great host providing a great guide to food, coffee shops, and places to see. I would recommend this space to someone visiting the area!

We enjoyed the house very much, it was clean, comfortable, nice, hot shower and you can't beat the location. We really were close to the beach, lots of little restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Jeff was a fabulous communicator, inquiring if all was well or if we had any questions. We did have a question about the streaming TV and he answered right away and the issue was solved. We are looking forward to a return visit in the coming year. We highly recommend this great Alki home.

The Alki beach house was very spacious and nicely furnished. The location was very convenient and close to lots of restaurants. It was very convenient to have a desk and office chair which we utilized.

We loved our time at Jeff’s place. The space is comfortable, clean and well decorated. The kitchen has been designed to accommodate all your needs when dining in. Highly recommend.
